What Is Lion’s Mane?

Lion’s Mane (Hericium erinaceus) is a white, shaggy mushroom named for its distinctive appearance. It’s best known for its potential effects on cognitive function and neurological health. Lion’s Mane contains unique compounds called hericenones and erinacines, which have been shown in research to stimulate Nerve Growth Factor (NGF) — a protein essential for the growth and maintenance of neurons. What Is Reishi?

Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) is a glossy, reddish-brown mushroom with a long history as an adaptogen and immune tonic. Known in Chinese medicine as the “mushroom of immortality,” Reishi contains triterpenoids, beta-glucans, and polysaccharides that are studied for their immune-modulating, anti-inflammatory, and stress-resilience effects.
