In spring they fill with delicate blossoms. By autumn, their branches carry clusters of deep red berries — small fruits traditionally gathered from the hedgerows and dried for use in herbal infusions.

The Hedgerow Collection captures that simple tradition with 100% organic whole dried Hawthorn berries, left whole and uncomplicated.

When gently simmered in water, the berries create an earthy, subtly fruity herbal brew with the rustic character of the countryside.

How to Brew

Add approximately 1–2 teaspoons of whole berries per cup of water.

For the fullest flavour, gently simmer for 10–15 minutes, then strain and enjoy. Adjust the amount of berries and brewing time to suit your preferred strength.

Enjoy on its own or combine with other herbs, fruits and spices to create your own botanical tea blend.
