What Does the Research Actually Study?
Most collagen research has been conducted using specific hydrolysed collagen preparations or isolated collagen peptides, often at defined doses and with particular research questions in mind. The results of studies using one collagen preparation cannot automatically be applied to all collagen ingredients.
